Cancellation Policy
At Polished Clean, we strive to provide the highest level of service to all our clients. To ensure a smooth and professional experience, we have established the following policies. Please read them carefully. Cancellation Policy 1. Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of services. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to another client. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the service cost. 2. Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled service will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. 3. No-Show Policy: If our cleaning team arrives at your location and is unable to access your home (e.g., locked out, client not home) and you have not canceled, a no-show fee of 50% of the service cost will apply. After two no-show instances, prepayment for future services may be required. Rescheduling Policy 1. Rescheduling Notice: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a service without incurring any fees. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a rescheduling fee of 10% of the service cost. Payment Policy 1. Payment Due: Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service. Clients can review the completed work and then make the payment. We accept various payment methods, including cash, checks, credit/debit cards, and online payments through our website. 2. Late Payment: Payments not made within 24 hours of service completion will incur a late fee of 10% of the service cost for each day the payment is delayed. Satisfaction Guarantee 1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleaning service provided, please contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange to re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost. Access and Security 1. Home Access: Clients must ensure that our cleaning team has access to their home at the scheduled time. This can include providing a key, code, or being present to let the team in. 2. Security and Privacy: Our cleaning team is background-checked and trained to respect your home and privacy. We will never share your personal information with third parties.
